The River

from Impermanencia by Rafael Pacha

/

about

Based on a original tale “El Rio”, published by “Monster” in Hispasónicos, for a thematic contest of compositions about the tale.

lyrics

No one hears the silence of her scream
Madness burnt the faith in all those tears
When crying never solve this empty life.
Now the woods are stained with blood
Like a debt she has to pay
Hope just made her lose her head.
You took everything from me
What am I supposed to do?
Crying out if you could hear me
Why?
If I had to pay this debt
Would I be rewarded then?
While I cry if you can hear me
Why?

If there's no solution here
I'll accept my fate in vain
Giving you the essence of my body and soul.
Desperation come with me
Nevermind to eat or sleep.
I'll come here to feed you until I feel I'm dying.
Now they're mine
Now they're mine
You'll crawl away for life.
As I slow down my dear
I see this almost clear
Can't rescue you from their hands
Wait for me 'till I come
This sadness all I have
In heaven you'll be free
Don't miss the hell right here
I'll slowly disapear...
